Strategic Plan 2024-2029
Our Strategic Plan serves as a multi-year roadmap spanning 2024 through 2029, driving CFISD’s commitment to academic excellence, student safety, and operational strength. To remain dynamic and responsive to our community, the Board of Trustees reviews, evaluates, and adjusts the strategic direction on an annual basis.
On Sept. 14, 2026, the Board approved the renewed strategic plan for the 2026–27 academic year.
